END OF THE EXPERIMENT

IN-PERSON WORKSHOP AND

PALMERSPORT TRACK DAY

10AM-5PM THURSDAY 26-AUG

“Employers are ready to get back to

significant in-person presence. Employees aren’t. The disconnect is deeper than most employers believe. 52% of employees are looking for a new job”

[Forbes, 2021]

A dangerous divide is emerging between employees and employers as the return to work builds momentum. Over 75% of C-Level executives expect employees to be back in the office 3-5 days a week. Whilst 75% of employees want just 1-2 days in the office [McKinsey, 2021]. Whatever the outcome, CIOs and Technology leaders need to be ready for ‘hybrid’.

Despite this urgent imperative, many companies’ hybrid strategies are being hamstrung by legacy communications platforms. With one in three employees saying that communication and collaboration tools crucially impact their productivity and social cohesion [McKinsey, 2021], it is clear that outdated communication technology is pushing employees away and putting off new talent.

Pressure is building for senior executives to facilitate this new world of work. Join us for a focused workshop for IT leaders who are looking to shift their communications platform into the cloud. As a bonus, and a celebration of the return to in-person, we’re hosting it at Palmersport. Here’s the agenda:

10:00 – Arrival, welcome and coffee
10:30 – Garage tour, briefing and workshop
12:00 – Two-course lunch
13.00 – Driving commences
16.00 – Afternoon Tea and prizegiving
17.00 – Guests Depart

What is the experience?

All of our roundtables are focused, collaborative and informative. The discussion will begin at 12:00 and – thanks to a chaired and moderated discussion – participants will take away actionable ideas to implement within your business and with your customers. Prior to the meeting taking place, each attendee is interviewed to understand their interests and perspective.

The roundtable will be followed by a complimentary motorsport experience with guests taking to the track in a BMW M2 Competition, a Caterham 7 Palmersport Edition and a Renault Clio Cup Racer. The afternoon GT programme is sure to assist attendees in accelerating into this new world of work.

Who Should Attend?

Senior technology decision makers such as CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and other technology-focused executives working within firms across the UK and with an interest in innovation in the workplace. Attendance is capped to ensure every participant is able to contribute. The meeting is only open to invited participants or those who has been referred by a colleague or our partner, RingCentral.
