“The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do”

[Rob Siltanen]

What is Change Makers?

Change Makers is an exclusive network of senior business leaders who want to drive change. Our mission is to support this desire to be a change maker – to drive faster, more effective change – within the complex and evolving world of large organisations. By surfacing the right topic at the right time with the right question, we create the right conversation to deliver the right answers. In doing so we help our members be a catalyst for change and a true leader within their organisation.

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. Because they change things”

Rob Siltanen, Think Different

The Change Makers Club meets both in person and virtually, all of our sessions are focused, collaborative and informative. Thanks to a chaired and moderated discussion members gain insights and ideas from thought leaders in different industries, giving you the opportunity to benchmark your own plans within a collaborative and confidential environment and network with an exclusive group of senior executives in similar size organisations to you.

We’re always looking for new members to grow the Change Makers community, as we seek to drive change and innovation in 2023. Members’ benefits include access to exclusive reports, insights and our latest research as well as hearing about new events and activities first.

As a member you’re joining an exclusive network of business executives. Your membership gives you access to exclusive reports based on member contribution as well as in-person and virtual events. The network grows through recommendation, invitation or application only. Membership is without charge and open to senior executives of large enterprises.

Change Makers has grown thanks to the support of a number of Partners. Each has contributed their time and knowledge as well as commercial support to allow us to deliver great content, reports and events. Some of these partners sponsor a single activity, others develop their own sub-community such as The Boardroom and Digital Edge. All work with us to a clear framework that delivers value for both you and for them – engage as humans, bring insight to the table, focus on issue resolution (not products or services).

Accelerate New Digital

“If we can maintain even 60% of the pace we have right now, we will still drastically accelerate the pace of our transformation. Automation drives productivity whilst also allowing cross functioning teams to share a common purpose”

Think Different

“A lot of executives think a big part of their job is making the tough calls; relying on the experience, industry knowledge, and judgement. While I value those things, I value them a lot less than I used to. Machine learning will change the way executives do their jobs”

Insight-Driven Enterprise

Despite aspirations for a digital future, only 31% of senior executives consider their companies to be insight-driven and only 25% said they feel prepared to make use of data [Accenture 2019]. The window is rapidly closing for organisations not maximising value from their data.

We’re committed to supporting our society and environment. When you attend a Change Makers Club event, we pledge to neutralise your carbon footprint. To offset your travel or energy usage we will plant a tree via One Tree Planted. Once mature, the average tree has a net absorption of 30 kg of CO2 per year, which equates to 227 miles of travel by car or 96 hours of office usage. You can see our maths here.
