Expanding subscriptions across Europe presents significant growth opportunities. Success will depend on how effectively organisations act on the ever-growing insights from customers. In 2017, 20% of consumers prioritised a seamless digital experience. Today that share has rocketed to 67% (McKinsey, 2024).
Yet many leaders struggle with fragmented data, incomplete visibility, and siloed systems. Not to mention, the added complexity of operating across diverse markets, from regional payment preferences and tax compliance to meeting the expectations of diverse consumer markets. As a result, only 17% report having adequate customer data to drive meaningful action (Forrester, 2024).
