“Lack of trust is still a leading barrier to large-scale generative AI, and building it is essential to scaling successfully.”

Deloitte, 2026

Outside the confines of the EU AI Act, Switzerland has more room to experiment than most of Europe. 89% of Swiss companies have AI tools in hand, and 33% are already building their own (EY, 2026). Heading into 2027, the foundations are in place to strip out mundane tasks and free your best people for the most valuable work.

But you know that access doesn’t guarantee impact. And in a country where trust is the currency, the pressure to scale AI safely can outweigh any regulation. Amidst data sovereignty concerns, security risks, and skill gaps, just 14% of Swiss leaders have scaled AI across the business.

As we look towards, 2027 how will you scale AI to give your people the capacity to deliver while keeping trust intact?

1

51% consider processing data within Switzerland to be business critical. [EY, 2026]

2

56% of CEOs have seen neither cost nor revenue benefits from AI. [PwC, 2026]
